Chicken Balls

 
 Chicken balls is a tasty tea time snack and can be prepared quickly. These mini chicken balls are a perfect party-plate for grown ups and kids.

Ingredients:
  1. chicken boneless- 200gm
  2. onion-1small
  3. ginger chopped-1tsp
  4. garlic chopped-1tsp
  5. green chilly chopped-1tsp
  6. curry leaves chopped-1string
  7. coriander leaves chopped-1tbsp
  8. turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  9. chilly powder-1tsp
  10. garam masala-a pinch
  11. salt-to taste
  12. oil-for deep frying
For coating:
  1. corn flour-1tbsp
  2. bread crumbs-1/2cup
Preparation:
  • Cook chicken pieces with little salt and turmeric powder with out adding water in a pressure cooker on high flame for 1 whistle.
  • When it cools down, put in a blender and make a coarse paste.
  • Mix it with all other ingredients except oil.
  • Make small balls out of it.
  • Mix corn flour with water and make a loose mix like milk.
  • Put the balls in corn flour batter and then take it out with a spoon and roll these balls in a plate containing bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry it in hot oil until golden in color.
  • Drain in to paper towels and serve hot with ketchup.
