Uthappam is a famous Indian breakfast choice. It is very healthy as well as easy to cook also. Fermented dosa batter is used to make Uthappam. There are lots of different toppings are used to make uthappam according to our taste. Here is the common mixed veggie topping recipe.

  1. Dosa batter
  2. Oil
  3. Onion -1
  4. Carrot-1
  5. Capsicum-1
  6. Tomato-1
  7. Green chilly-2
  8. Curry leves-2 string
  9. Coriander leaves-few
  • Keep the dosa batter ready.
  • Chop every vegetable to extra fine pieces and mix them.
  • Heat tawa and add a teaspoon of oil.
  • Take a ladle of dosa batter and spread it in to a small circle of half inch thickness.
  • Spread some vegetable topping on top of it.
  • Spread a teaspoon of dosa batter again on top of it.
  • Drizzle some oil or ghee on top if you want.
  • Flip in to other side; when the bubbles appear and the bottom gets slightly brown.
  • Cook the other side for a minute and put it in to the serving plate.
  • Serve it along with chutney and sambar.
