Strawberry jam filled muffin


Everyone will love perfect moist cup cakes. The yellow fluffs of puffed cup cakes tastes light and delicious. Filled muffins are always kids favorite.. Minimum amount of butter is used here but, it tastes more. So start making homemade cup cakes for any occasion.
  1. Maida/ all purpose flour-1  cup
  2. Baking powder-1tsp
  3. Baking soda- ½ tsp
  4. Butter- 3tbsp
  5. Salt-a pinch
  6. Powdered sugar-1cup
  7. Egg -1
  8. Milk- ½ cup
  9. Vanilla extract- ½ tsp
  10. strawberry jam-1/4cup
  • Preheat the oven in to 350degrees and put the cup cake liners in tin.
  • Sift flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder twice and keep aside
  • Beat egg and sugar until creamy.
  • Add butter and beat again.
  • Add vanilla essence in to it.
  • Add milk and flour alternatively in to the batter and fold.
  • End the folding with flour addition.
  • Fold until smooth and the batter combined well.
  • Scoop a tablespoon of batter in to each cup cake liners.
  • Above that carefully add a teaspoon of jam at the center in each cups.
  • Then again add a tablespoon of batter in to cup cake liners (till 3/4th level of cup) in the way that it covers the jam filling.
  • Bake it for 20-25 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool for completely.
  • Decorate it with whip cream frosting and enjoy!!!
