Oats Dosa

Oats dosa is healthy and perfect breakfast choice. The instant dosa can be make within time and enjoy  the great taste.
  1. Quick cooking oats-1cup
  2. Semolina (rava)-1/4cup
  3. Rice Flour-1/4cup
  4. Curd beaten-1/4cup
  5. Finely chopped vegetables-1/2cup (carrot, cabbage, capsicum)
  6. Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
  7. Onion-1thinly chopped
  8. Ginger chopped-1tsp
  9. Coriander leaves chopped-few
  10. Salt-to taste
  11. Oil-for making each dosa
  • Dry roast oats in a pan for low flame for 5 minutes or until the  oats gets crisp in texture.
  • Allow to cool and put in a mixer to make a fine powder.
  • Mix this  powdered oats with all other ingredients.
  • Slowly add water in to it and mix well without foaming any lumps.
  • Add enough well water as the consistency of the batter should bee loose (thinner than dosa batter; like milk).
  • Keep aside for 10 minutes; and add more water if need.
  • Heat a non-stick dosa pan and sprinkle some oil in it.
  • Take a ladle full of batter and evenly spread it on the pan from edges to center.
  • Cover cook for until the bottom gets cooked and changes the colour.
  • Flip in to other side and cook for a minute.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
