Mango Souffle

Mango souffle is a quick and delicious mango dessert. This recipe can also be made with bottled mango drink, but nothing like making it with fresh ripe mango.
  1. Mango pulp-1cup
  2. Mango pieces- ¼ cup
  3. Jelly cube pieces- few(optional)
  4. Gelatin: 1tbsp
  5. Fresh cream: half cup
  6. Condensed milk: quarter cup
  • Soak the gelatin little cold water for 5 minutes.
  • Double boil the soaked gelatin to dissolve it completely.
  • Pour the mango pulp and condensed milk into a bowl.
  • Beat it with an electric beater or hand mixer.
  • Add melted gelatin to it slowly till the mixture froths up and rises.
  • Fold in the fresh cream.
  • Add mango pieces and jelly pieces in to it; mix it.
  • Refrigerate for two hours.
  • Serve cool!!!
