Egg Shawarma


Egg shawarma is a healthy, delicious quick meal made with boiled eggs, fresh vegetables, tahini sauce and French fries wrapped in a pita bread or roti. Instead of French fries you can use falafel pieces or fried brinjal.
Ingredients:
  1. Pita bread/roti-4large
  2. Boiled eggs-4
  3. Carrot chopped- ¼ cup
  4. Pickled Cucumber- ¼ cup
  5. Cabbage chopped- ¼ cup
  6. cooked green peas-4tbsp
  7. sweet corn-4tbsp
  8. Tahini sauce- ¼ cup
  9. mayo chilly(optional)-4tsp
  10. French fries-¼ cup
  11. Onion sliced-1small
Preparation:
  • Cut each the boiled eggs in to 4 length wise pieces.
  • Divide all the ingredients in to 4 parts.
  • Place it over each pita bread (one egg in a  bread) as in the lengthwise.
  • Fold it and wrap it if you need.
  • Serve with tahini sauce.
