Dates and Nuts Fudge Recipe
 Fudge is a crystalline candy loved by everyone. We can make it at our home easily by using healthy ingredients and with its ultimate perfection. It needs only few ingredients, less time and can be set within 2 hours. So start making fudge, instead of bringing store bought chocolates for our little ones. You can use your choice of nuts (cashew, peanut, pistachio) instead of almond and walnut used here.

  1. Dates pitted-1cup
  2. Almonds crushed- ¼ cup
  3. Walnut crushed- ¼ cup
  4. Shredded coconut-2tbsp(optional)
  5. Coco powder- ¼ cup
  6. Honey- ¼ cup
  7. Butter- 2tbsp (or coconut oil)
  • Soak the dates in warm water for 30 minutes.
  • Drain it and mash (puree) it well without adding water.
  • In a large bowl, mix the dates puree with all other ingredients.
  • Pour it in to a aluminum foiled greased (with butter or oil) tray.
  • Press it with a spoon on top to align.
  • Keep it in freezer for 2 hours to set.
  • Cut in to cubes and serve.
  • Keep stored in the refrigerator.
