Dragon Chicken
Dragon chicken is Tasty Indo-Chinese chicken variety and is one of the easiest preparation among them. Fried cashew nuts along with the gravy gives a delicious taste. It served as a starter and also a side dish.

- Chicken boneless-400gm (cut in to chunks)
- Ginger paste-1tsp
- Garlic paste-1tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Soya sauce-1tsp
- Egg white-1
- Kashmiri chilly powder-1tbsp
- Corn flour-1tbsp
- All purpose flour (maida)-2tbsp
- Oil-2tbsp
- Onion-1 big thinly chopped
- Ginger chopped-1tbsp
- Garlic chopped-1tbsp
- Cashew nut chopped- 15 nos
- Kashmiri chilly powder-1tsp
- Soya sauce-1tbsp
- Tomato ketchup- 1/4 cup
- Salt-to taste
- Spring Onion chopped-few
- Capsicum chopped-few
- Marinate the chicken with ingredients under marinating for 30 minutes.
- In a non stick pan; fry it until golden in color. don't do over fry; until chicken changes its color.
- Keep it aside in a paper towel.
- Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan; add cashew nuts, chopped ginger and garlic.
- When it changes the color add onion chopped and sauté for a minute.
- Add chilly powder and salt; sauté for a minute.
- Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, fried chicken pieces and mix well.
- Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and mix it with spring onion and capsicum chopped.
