Ghee Roast Dosa Recipe
 Ghee roast dosa is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Breakfast. Homemade crispy dosa is an easy and simple process.
Ingredients :
  1. Raw rice-2cup
  2. Urad dal-1cup
  3. Fenugreek- ¾ tsp
  4. cooked rice-1tsp
  5. Salt-to taste
  6. ghee
  • Wash and soak raw rice, urad dal and fenugreek in water for 5 hours (soak three of them in separate bowls).
  • Grind it with cooked rice and enough water to make a smooth batter.
  • Add more water if needed (the batter should be not too thick or too thin).
  • Leave it in a warm place for about 7 to 8 hours for fermentation.
  • After fermented add salt.
  • Heat the dosa tawa and pour one ladle of batter in to it and spread it over three to four rounds thinly as possible.
  • Spread a teaspoon of ghee on sides of the dosa .
  • When dosa gets crisp and golden in sides take it out, no need to flip the other side.
  • Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
