Whole Roasted Stuffed Chicken

 Roasted chicken is a perfect dinner choice. Chicken roasted with unique combination of spices is really delicious. I used the skinless chicken for roasting, so brush it with oil in few minutes of intervals to avoid dryness. Ghee rice, egg and coriander leaves are used for stuffing. The tasty onion masala cooked with spices is used to coat the chicken and no more need of any other dipping's.

  1. Whole chicken-1
  2. Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp
  3. Chilly powder-1tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
  5. Garam masala-3/4tsp
  6. Lemon juice-1tsp
  7. Salt-to taste
  8. Cumin powder-1tsp
  9. Hung curd-1tbsp
  10. Oil-2tbsp
  11. Coriander leaves-2tbsp
  12. Ghee rice-1cup
  13. Boiled egg-1
  • Clean the chicken properly and wipe it with a kitchen towel.
  • Using a knife make some slits on the chicken.
  • Marinate it with 2 to 10 ingredients and keep refrigerate for 4 hours or a whole night.

  • Carefully stuff the chicken with some coriander leaves on both opening sides, ghee rice and egg.

  • Cover the hole using bamboo sticks or thread it.

  • Grill it in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes(as per the weight of your chicken).
  • Brush it with oil in every 15 minutes.

  • After grilling coat it with the onion masala and serve hot.
  • if you are not using an oven prepare the roasted chicken by without micro wave option.
