Apple and Dates milkshake

Apple and dates, surely it will be a nutritious and delicious milk shake that everyone will enjoy!! Dates are good source of iron, while apple rich with fibers. There is no need of adding sugar in to it, as the apple and dates are itself sweet. Adding honey makes it real healthy drink.  So blend them and give it to your little ones along with the breakfast.
Ingredients:
  1. Apple-1
  2. Dates-7
  3. Sugar / honey- to taste.
  4. Milk-1cup
  5. Ice cubes-3 (optional)
Preparation:
  • Remove the seed of dates and soak it in the hot milk for 15 minutes ( so that it will blend easily).
  • Peel and cut the apple in to pieces.
  • Put all the ingredients together in the blender and blend well.
  • Serve chilled.
