Cream Bread Pudding

  The great thing about the bread pudding is that, bread is always resting in our fridge and become a dessert by adding an egg and some kind of diary. Strictly follow the recipe else the pudding didn’t turn out well. This recipe is super easy to make and delicious.
Bread Pudding

  1. Bread slices-8
  2. Sugar syrup thin-( ¼ cup sugar+ ½ cup water)
  3. Evaporated milk-150ml
  4. Thick cream-250gm
  5. Whip cream-1cup
  6. Vanilla extract- ½ tsp
  7. powdered sugar- ¼ cup
  8. Chocolate syrup- 4 tbsp
  9. Pistachio slices-1cup
  10. Corn flakes-to garnish
  • Cut the sides of the bread.
  • Toast it slightly in the pan, don’t let the colour change.
  • Beat whip cream with cold evaporated milk until fluffy, add vanilla extract.
  • Add thick cream, chocolate syrup and powdered sugar, mix well.
  • Now take the bread and dip it in the sugar syrup, squeeze between the palms slightly.
  • In this way place one layer of bread in the pudding tray.
  • Pour a part of cream mixture over it till covered.
  • Add pistachio on top of it.
  • Arrange the next layer of bread again dipping in the sugar syrup.
  • Repeat the process for the last piece of bread and top it with cream layer followed by pistachios.
  • Refrigerate for 7 hours and serve cold.
