Cabbage Pakoda


Ingredients:
  1. Cabbage grated- 1 cup
  2. Onion-1small
  3. Egg-1
  4. Rice flour-1tbsp
  5. All purpose flour/ maida-1tbsp
  6. Ginger chopped-1tsp
  7. Garlic chopped-1 tsp
  8. Green chilly chopped-1tsp
  9. Coriander leaves chopped-1tbsp
  10. Curry leaves chopped-1tbsp
  11. Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
  12. Chilly powder-1tsp
  13. Garam masala- ¼ tsp
  14. Salt- to taste
Preparation:
  • Mix well all ingredients together in a bowl without adding water.
  • Make small pakodas with hand.
  • Deep fry it in hot oil till both sides are brown in colour.
  • Enjoy with tea or coffee!!!!
